We only slept at the family room with a hammock, but liked it. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect close to everything.

The hotel was located so close to Charlevoix, northwestern Michigan, and a great restaurant. The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was updated and tidy with nice features.

Rooms were decent size, everything was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed cable channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. It overlooked lake and had an extremely comfy bed. The location was good and the free parking was onsite. A valley and lakes were next to the hotel.

Overall the room is neat, updated and includes central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven. We have to thank professional staff for a such wonderful stay. The location is beautiful and favourable, it's really close to a quick walk to the beach and East Jordan and a great restaurant.

Every visit to East Jordan we like to stay here. Everything about this hotel is perfect! The property has an unbeatable location, adjacent to other areas and Charlevoix. Lake Charlevoix is 100 fr from the venue. The rooms are updated and a decent size, with nice beds. The staff is professional and helpful. The ambiance is family.

We had a great stay at this place. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family with two small kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the lake just across the street.

South Arm Retreats was great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like a mini fridge and a full-size coffee maker. The location was perfect, within walking distance of beautiful public beaches. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to notify me about a forgotten item.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each spotlessly clean and updated room had central heating, TV set and a microwave oven. The location was great and beautiful for walking around East Jordan City Tourist Park.

Located on the beautiful Lake Charlevoix with a sandy beachfront and clean sand. Good playground and park areas. Close to a nice bar/restaurant and an ice cream parlor. Friendly staff and reasonable price.

Sites are very narrow, with fire pits at the front of the sites. Limited space for chairs and awning.
